Since 1995, I’ve been providing strategic advice to business owners helping them create and realize value for their businesses. With over 35-years of experience working within strategic management, business development and finance, I have the experience and knowledge to help you realize the value you have worked hard to build. As a board director and executive team advisor, I have assisted many companies position themselves for successful equity infusions, business acquisitons and exits. As a finance professional I have built and managed finance and accounting organizations and systems. My experience includes completing over 100 merger and acquisition transactions, and equity and debt financings. My focus is to build value for your business by leveraging my experience to help position your business for success.
